Step 1: You need to fill online application form Step 2: LAPT Adviser will contact you and help you in filling out LAPT accreditation forms Step 3: Your application is reviewed Step 4: If approved your letter of accreditation is awarded, if not the remedies are reported that should be resolved in 30 days for next reviews
